Who Is Eligible?
- Nominees must be non-probationary CIS employees.
- Employees must have been employed with CIS for at least one year.
- Nominees must have no written or verbal reprimands within the previous six months.
- The employee must not have received the Employee Shout Out Award within the previous 12 months.
What Do We Look For?
- A positive attitude toward responsibilities, coworkers, students, families, and clients.
- Commitment to quality and excellence.
- Initiative and willingness to accept responsibilities beyond regular job assignments.
- Dependability, punctuality, and strong attendance.
- Leadership by example and positive contributions to the CIS team.
Who Can Nominate?
Any CIS employee may nominate an eligible coworker for recognition. Employees may be nominated more than once, and nominations should explain how the nominee has gone above and beyond while contributing to the success and mission of CIS.
How Are Honorees Selected?
The CIS selection committee reviews eligible nominations and manages the selection and recognition process. Nominations are evaluated based on the employee's contributions, performance, initiative, professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to the organization.
